Connecticut River Quest Swallow Cruise!

Spectacular and entertaining!

If you live in New England, you've got to put it on your calendar for next year, Connecticut River Quest's swallow cruises. For some unknown reasons, these Tree Swallows swarm to the same little island and all go to roost at the same time. Hundreds of thousands, to the tune of a half a million tiny birds dance across the sky to the delight of those lucky few.

It was going to Hartford for some riverfest.

Most Ospreys are gone, just juveniles left.

Clam Island Cool!

Shorebirds galore!

Cheryl has a listing for a house on Clam Island just off the coast of Linden Shore in Branford.  This wonderful 3 bedroom Victorian summer cottage could be yours, including a dock, a whaler and deeded parking on shore. Great birding and clamming!
All this for only $400,000 (owner financing available). Call Cheryl at 203-996-8328 for a private showing!

This is where I was for some fun birding while Cheryl was showing the property to some prospective buyers. Enjoy the show...
